"Sometimes I think there are a great many women behind, and sometimes only one, and she crawls around fast, and her crawling shakes it all over."

A solo site-specific, durational performance created for The Royal We, a night of performance during which Los Angeles based performance artists presented site-specific works in the King Hing Theater, an abandoned movie theater in Chinatown. outsideINSIDE explored the embodiment of isolation, insanity, and loss of communication.  Inspired by the themes and imagery described in The Yellow Wallpaper, by Charlotte Perkins Gilman.

Funded & presented by Heidi Duckler Dance Theater.
